Tip #1: 12 hour Rule:
Woozworld has this rule that you get votes every 12 hours. So for example. Go on woozworld as soon as you wake up at 8:00am and vote someone. And then No earlier than 8:00pm you shall get a new set of votes! So you get double the prestige points each day! Which means you level up twice as faster as everyone else.
Tip #2: Free lines.
Collect unwanted items. And then at a trade center, say 10 votes for example per item. Then they shall vote you and you give that item. :3
Tip #3: Close Friends.
Find some good friends that you know when they get online. So whenever they log in go to them asking if they just logged on. So they should have votes, and they will vote you!

Woozworld also states you can get a prestige point by doing the following:
