How do "Rares" Become "Rares"
Can anyone answer this!?

What I think is .. Maybe an Important person declared it Rare..

But thats impossible!

Soo.. here are some "Rares"..That I feel is kinda weird..

#1- Tattoo Sandals

Umm how in pancakes is this rare?
I mean its just Sandals... Right?

#2- Dolloween Face

I really dont get the logic, If Doll Face is Rare, Why is Dolloween!? There isnt much difference! Its just a way more creepier smile ..

#3- Callie Ziegler Baseball Cap

Look Buddies! Callie Ziegler Has come TWICE in the Store! Why is it Still Rare!?

#4- Wooznis Hair

This is so weird! Wooznis has come atleast 2-3 times and some ppl still consider it rare.. ok?

#5- Equinox Skirt

I agree that the hair is rare and all.. But.. Whooo said the skirt is!? Like whaa!? The whole out fit is beautiful but the skirt..??

Soo.. these are the stuff I always wonder..

After all this.. How do we know.. Who makes these a "Big Deal"
